Описание: We're touring three of the four future GrandView senior living locations in one day - Fort Smith, Jonesboro, and Nashville. See the land, meet our partners, and get the inside look at our multi-state expansion.

In this video, we take you behind the scenes of Royal Ridge Companies' biggest expansion yet. We're partnering with Sam Seeger, whose family built the highly successful Grand Village luxury retirement community in Fayetteville, to launch GrandView - a new line of senior living developments across Arkansas and Tennessee.

Our first stop: the future GrandView of Fort Smith at the old Fianna Hills Country Club site. Then we flew to Jonesboro to tour Greensboro Village, a 200+ acre master-planned community that's already home to multiple restaurants, entertainment facilities, and mixed-use buildings. The GrandView Jonesboro site sits on 13 acres, strategically located across from Arkansas State University and just 1.5 miles from Baptist Health Care - with 40,000+ cars passing daily on the main highway.

From there, we headed to La Vergne, just outside Nashville, to meet with another potential partner and scout the Tennessee location. Nashville traffic kept us from the actual site before sunset, but we're going back soon.

This is the beginning of something big. With locations planned in Fort Smith, Searcy, Jonesboro, and Nashville, GrandView is set to redefine senior living across the South. And yes, our pilot did turn the plane around mid-flight because he forgot the Starlink. That moment is in here too.
