Cozy & Relaxing Vermont Winter Morning Routine

Описание: Hello sweet soul ❄️✨ Today I wanted to share what my everyday life is like here in the (very) snowy Vermont mountains. This is a little glimpse of my regular routines during the winter season. This time of year brings with it some challenges and struggles, but I find that leaning into it and embracing that challenge can be very rewarding. I also enjoy finding the soft, gentle moments during this harsh season. So here's what many of my mornings are like. I don't call myself an author because I don’t believe in labels.
I believe that story is art - that it's sacred, and that it is and has always been a force that changes and shapes our world. That's why I write, and that's why I create videos (even co-produced an environmental film). I consider the world my home, and enjoy submerging in unique cultures nearly as much as I love submerging in the ocean and riding the waves.
