১৬ জুলাই পালিত হবে জুলাই শহীদ দিবস। আর ৫ আগস্ট পালন করা হবে গণঅভ্যুত্থান দিবস। রোববার উপদেষ্টা পরিষদের বৈঠকে এসব সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়া হয়েছে। ফেসবুক পোস্টে প্রেস সচিব শফিকুল আলম জানিয়েছেন, ৮ আগস্ট কোনো বিশেষ দিবস পালিত হবে না।

July Martyrs' Day will be observed on July 16. And August 5 will be observed as the People's Uprising Day. These decisions were taken at the meeting of the Advisory Council on Sunday. In a Facebook post, Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam said that no special day will be observed on August 8.
