➡️ Dahi Bara Aloo Dum: Our first stop in Puri was for this legendary street food! We found an amazing vendor serving incredibly soft lentil fritters (bara) topped with spicy potato curry (aloo dum) and a flavourful pea curry (ghugni). One bite and we were in heaven! 🤤

➡️ Authentic Odia Thali: This is the definition of a true vegetarian feast! With over 10 items like Dalma, Saaga Bhaja, Aloo Chokha, and a rich Mushroom Curry, this thali offers an authentic taste of Odisha in every single bite. So filling, yet our hearts wanted more! 😍

➡️ Spicy Beachside Jhal Muri: You can't visit Golden Beach without trying this! A fiery, tangy, and crunchy puffed rice snack that is an absolute explosion of flavour. Seriously amazing! 🔥

➡️ Famous Khaja Prasad: Near the Jagannath temple, we tried the famous sweet prasad, Khaja. This crispy, flaky pastry soaked in sugar syrup is divinely delicious and simply melts in your mouth.

➡️ Puri's Unique Papodi: This is a dessert you've never seen before! Made from delicate layers of milk cream (malai) and thickened sweet milk (rabri), this sweet left us speechless. We have to come back just for this!
