Ingredients:
Fish eggs – 1 cup (cleaned)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Besan (gram flour) – 3 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain (optional) – 1/4 tsp (helps digestion)
Salt – to taste
Oil – for deep frying

Instructions:
Mix Ingredients:
In a bowl, add fish eggs carefully.
Add ginger-garlic paste and all dry spices.
Add besan and rice flour. Mix gently. No need to add water — the eggs release some moisture.

Make Pakodis:
Heat oil in a pan.
Drop small portions of the mixture into the oil.

Fry Crispy:
Fry on medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
Take them out and drain excess oil on paper towel.

Serve Hot:
Serve with green chutney or lemon wedges.
