2.0L Naturally Aspirated (LX, LX-P): 158 hp and 138 lb-ft of torque. Great for reliability and daily commuting.
1.5L Turbocharged (EX-T, EX-L, Touring): 174 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque. This was the first time the standard Civic received a turbo, offering much better mid-range punch.
