This is one of my first videos like this, so apologies for the quality. Also, careful using the subtitles, since although they contain some edits to what I say in the voiceover, there's some text on the screen that it might cover up.
Before posting, I should admit my takes on Liu are coming from a western perspective and that's influenced my analysis. But I stand by my discomfort with the implications of some of his writing.
