Omni Trainer Dom Williams demonstrates a Tabata Style Conditioning round designed to get combat athletes into peak shape for their fight. Consists of 20 seconds or Sledgehammer Tire Slams followed by 10 seconds of Explosive High Knees. Repeat as many time to fit your Fight Round with 1 minute in between each round. #OmniStrength #StrongEverywhere
