I believe this to be a better version than occultist, because the flask buffs help to make us really fast and we don't require bino's which can be hard to get on very early leaguestart.

In 3.23 Penance Mark skill seems extremely good with this build, as it allows us to spawn more enemies to prolif the poisons, which means we will have much less problems with stragglers at the end of the map. For the weapons you can use any combination of obliterations and apep's. From my testing obliterations leave less stragglers at the end and apep's has much better casting speed and poison DPS. With Penance Mark it will probably be ok to run 2x apep's.

Level with poisonous concoction, I'm sure you can find a guide somewhere for that. Early on I like to farm normal blight maps with pconc and tower help until I acquire some currency to get necessary gear to swap to hexblast. After that we can chill in 3x teal ravaged maps as early as day 1.

Build can be improved with awakened gems, 6 link, perhaps skin of the lords + empower, better jewels...
