Crab's Stoneborne Seed counts as a normal enemy unit. Its damage calculation works like when get hit by Bloom-type damage, it takes flight and attacks toward to the boss DMG multiplied by 5x. So, if you deal high enough damage to the Stoneborne Seed, the multiplied damage becomes deadly.
Since the reflected attack DMG is treated as a standard attack for calculation purposes, it benefits from normal damage boosts. The DMG is multiplied by 5, amplified by Mona's damage boost, Nahida's damage boost, and Lisa's DEF reduction resulting in a single seed dealing a massive 1.89 million damage to the boss. Moreover, each seed deals damage independently. Thus, the seeds finished off the boss in one wave.
