A few years ago, I changed all of my windows on my house. Instead of spending $500 on a dumpster to throw them away, I instead, decided to reuse the windows and make a greenhouse leaning against my shed. Only spent less than $300. This winter, my greenhouse will be empty and decided to winter my chickens inside that greenhouse.
Pros are that the greenhouse will provide plenty of natural sunlight. Will be warmer especially with a heat lamp. Plus, a shed will be used to store the feed and other chicken equipment.
