Описание: 03.02.2017 Visited smiledirectclub.com to fill out Free Smile Assessment. It was determined that I was a good candidate for the program & so I moved forward with ordering my impressions kit ( 50% off using discount code SWEETTEALSMILE {I think or find a link in other youtuber description boxes} ) & completed my consent forms.

03.03.2017 Email notification from Smile Direct that my impressions kit have been shipped to me.

03.04.2017 (roughly) Impressions kit received.

03.08.17 Received an encouraging email from smile direct club to send in my impressions within the next 3 days to take advantage of their $100 off aligners offer, using discount code smile100

03.09.2017 Finally completed & shipped my impressions back to smile direct club.

03.14.2017 Email notification from smile direct that my impressions were received & that it will be about 2 weeks to create a treatment plan.

03.28.2017 No email notification so I went ahead & called 18008487566 to get a status on my impressions / treatment plan. Smile Direct Rep said the impressions were approved but they were just waiting on one thing on their end to come up with my treatment plan in about a week.

04.04.2017 No treatment plan update. Called smile direct again to find out the status. I was told that unfortunately they tried their best to work with my impressions I provided BUT they were unsuccessful. :( However they would send out a RETAKE KIT at no extra cost right away. :)

04.06.2017 RETAKE KIT Received.

04.07.2017 RETAKE Impressions shipped back to Smile Direct. (crossing fingers)

04.11.17 Retake Impressions received by smile direct (email update). About 2 weeks until a treatment plan can be created IF my impressions are accepted. (crossing fingers again)

04.23.17 Welcome to the club email informing me that my impressions worked! 3D treatment plan available for viewing. Looks like they did not include my 'new gap'. So instead of waiting any longer I'm just going to re-bond my teeth after whitening to color match & close gap. Aligners should arrive in about 2 weeks.
*correction: aligners arrive about a month after your payment is processed & complete.

05.18.17 Aligners arrived FINALLY! :)
