Описание: Hopping kicks are a great way to increase the effectiveness, distance, speed, and power of your front leg kick. The key to working this kick is the drive from the rear leg and the timing of your hop in. The most common mistake is to pick up the back foot first and then switch your legs as you kick, be sure to start slow to build the feeling and timing of your lead leg coming up slightly before the drive of the back leg. This makes the kick much harder to read and much faster to execute.
