Basically I had the idea of Bugmaster but with the many animals of Kenshi. It is much worse than you can imagine at the beginning, with bandits butchering animals, 1 medic and if Beastmaster bleeds out, the run is over. However, in the midgame animals become useful, taking out threatening enemies quickly and providing a large inventory to carry loot.
