A 5500 lifts in a 6th Tunjungan Plaza, serve from Level LG ( Public Car park ), Level UG ( Strangely there is Condominium Lobby which is no Public access ) until Level 10. But guess it, how fast is it? Yes, It is only run at 1,25 m/s! Quite slow ( or maybe too slow ) for 12 Floors. Compared with lifts in TP1 ( 1,5 m/s for 7 Floors )
From the slow speed of this elevator, the impact during peak hours (especially during lunch and dinner hours), it will be very long to wait for this elevator, because it serves all floors of the mall including car parks ( Level 6 - 10 ). 3 lifts with a speed of 1,5 or 1,75 m/s might be better for building traffic during peak hours. But at least, they're have a rare announcement voice over, also very smooth ride + very efficient leveling
