I built a Claude Code skill that generates 4 high-fidelity YouTube thumbnails from just a video title, no Photoshop. It pulls a headshot from your folder, searches YouTube for high-performing thumbnails in your niche, runs a strategy pass to figure out the desire and curiosity loop, then generates four concepts in parallel and drops them into a 2x2 grid. Pick a direction and it gives you four variations, or refine by asking it to drop the text, fix the numbers, or change the colors. The thumbnail you clicked on to watch this was made with it.
