Hey guysss!!
We are back and it's race day!! My first Hyrox UK & Dublin race of the season and boy oh boy that was nasty.
Going into this race I felt super fatigued, jet lagged and pretty unwell so I knew this was going to be a tough battle. BUT, I controlled what I could and came away with valuable lessons.
Proud of my body and Lucie!!
