Nara Makes Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream

Описание: Making some simple strawberry ice cream with liquid nitrogen with Nara during her visit to Finland with the last bits of LN2 that I had. Whole process from start to finish took about 20 minutes so it is quite fast!

Ingredients used:

4dl of whipping cream
400g of condensed milk (I recommend unsweetened one)
1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
strawberries
strawberry jam (optional)
