Pre-chat Form tawk.to Free Live Chat App

Описание: How to enable the Pre-chat Form tawk.to Free live chat app.

Step 1: click the "gear" icon at the bottom left
Step 2: select the website/property
Step 3: click the "chat widget" option
Step 4: widget content, click "edit content"
Step 5: select "Pre Chat" state
Step 6: enable the Pre Chat form
Step 7: under the "Body cards", select "Form", then click the "pencil" icon
Step 8: to set the field as mandatory or required, click the "star" icon
Step 9: click the "Update" button

NOTE: You may also add fields like; Phone number, Departments etc.
