School can be challenging. Josh Stumpenhorst understands this really well. Students all learn differently, and the traditional classroom setting doesn’t work for everyone. For these students, school just…sucks. Lincoln Jr. High recognizes that and is working to help these children be more successful and even excited about learning by adding a MakerLAB to their school. With tremendous support from his school, Josh has been able to grow his MakerLAB over the past three years to include new equipment, like the Nomad Pro. This allows him to engage the students by practically applying concepts like math to projects the students are excited to make. Josh’s unique approach at educating not only makes him an asset to the school, but to the children he's teaching.
