Описание: in this video advocate Yogesh Agrawal tells limitation to file charge sheet by investigation officer in the any crime. as per section 167(2) crpc the limitation to file final report or charge sheet is 90 day in case where the accused person is in custody and the offence having a punishment of Death, life imprisonment or sentence up to 10 years and 60 days in other offences and if the police officer fails to file the charge sheet in this given time then the accused person can take default bail from the court. and also discuss the limitation under section 468 crpc to take cognizance in the case.
