The mission is to fly a beautiful Bride and her father from Valdez, Alaska to a lodge on Thompson Pass for her wedding. But it is a very cloudy day and the FAA cameras on Thompson Pass show that it is completely socked in...so I'm really not sure that the clouds will allow me to get over the mountain pass to the wedding venue. There's another pass that I am hopeful I can get through but it is away from the road system and also away from cell service. So I've asked the bride's father to drive her over the pass and if I can get through I'll make my way back to the road system, and pick them up on a gravel pull out and deliver them on time and in style to the wedding. If I can't get through, and have to turn around, then at least the bride and her father will be on time for her wedding via car. Fly with me and let's see if I can pick my way through the secret mountain pass and get to fly the Bride into her wedding.
Haha, spoiler alert...I made it and I shortened the video to once I was through the pass, but if you'd like to see more, let me know. I'm just experimenting with how to post a 360 video and so far, not impressed with the video quality. Please let me know in comments if it's worth sharing more.🙏🥰
