I’m trying to complete as much of the compendium as Arthur, one of the problems is the Siberian Husky which is in the Blackwater lockdown area. More specifically Manzanita Post.
I believe I have found a way to get there and study the dog without getting killed.
You have to get noticed by the Pinkertons and lose them near the area you need to study/inspect. Once loosing them you have a few minutes to find the dog (photo mode is recommended).
You do not have to escape if you don’t want to waste the tonics or time and just get killed, you will only loose money.
