Rapido mystery box decoder issue from 2024 FULLY and FINALLY resolved

Описание: If you followed any of the journey through this, you'll see this as a welcome resolution. Back in I think November of 2024, one of my mystery boxes (4th or 5th one!) was supposed to be DCC+sound, it even said this on the box. But it (they, it had an FA1 and FB1 unit in the kit) were both DC only. I initially just ordered a pair of decoders (Digitrax) myself, but viewers were commenting that this should be on Rapido to correct. So I opened a ticket with Rapido, that went nowhere for months. In February, I called them, and asked for a status. They said that they were months behind in support, being understaffed. A couple months later, I called them back again, and they said that my ticket fell between the cracks, and they will resolve it by the end of the week. They DID! They sent me two pre-programmed decoders, unit-specific sounds/lights, and they work perfectly.
