Internet group therapy #?? - It ain't your burden (exposure to dark media)

Описание: Brief share, but it's been a theme lately in my life, through the people I'm connecting with and the experiences I live.
Exposure to dark content on media is nothing new, but who were the pioneers? Your little brother, best friend, dad, uncles, coaches, nephews.
This isn't excluding the crossover between viewers based on gender; we all need each other to heal.

We aren't experiencing displacement, but we are living in the age of menticide. Stay above it, my friends.
