There is no starting farm, you start with equipment and a place to park it
Many Sell points, Windmill sell point is a sell all point, Thanks Schultz Modding

Most all production and sell points can be deleted
Town set up for yard and garden work, the smaller fields are for role play, plow your neighbors garden
