This is my sticky Asian sea bass recipe. Soft, flaky fish with a sweet & spicy flavour kick. Super Quick and Easy and ready on the table in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 red chilli finely chopped
4 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. dark soy sauce (replace with tamari if gluten intolerant)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 clove of garlic peeled and minced
Juice of 1/2 lime
4 Sea Bass fillets - skin on
1/2 tsp cornflour/cornstarch
2 tbsp. brown sugar
To Serve:
Handful of fresh coriander torn
1/2 red chilli sliced thinly
Slices of lime
