Kenya recently appointed a new man to head the fight against corruption in the country. This came only a day after Transparency International, released the East Africa Bribery Index that showed Kenya has relinquished its status as the most corrupt country in the region. It was placed third after Burundi and Uganda. We caught up with new Director of the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission Prof. Patrick Lumumba.
