MR-63 Montreal metro trains outside in the LaSalle sector of Montreal - viewed by drone

In this video, we see some retired MR-63 Montreal Metro trains sitting in an empty field in the LaSalle sector of Montreal, Canada. These trains were the first and original metro train in service in the Montreal Metro from the 1960s and were retired in 2018.

A few have been preserved in much better shape than these. For example, here is one at Exporail: The Canadian Railway Museum

The trains you see here are supposed to be used for some kind of project in Southwest Montreal involving a cafe or something.

As I mentioned in other videos, I am not too pleased at how they left these trains exposed to the elements like this.

Note: I was very careful flying the drone in this video as you can see. I don't want to read comments about how it was reckless, etc. If you want to criticize anyone, criticize the vandals who put graffiti on the trains. This video is meant to document these trains and give you a close up view of them.
