Words can not express how long, annoying and tedious this trophy was to figure out. Anyway, the long and short is you need to find Kyle, accept his quest and then end it early.
To accept his quest I believe you need to obtain 50+ audio logs, visit the vending machine to achieve max rank and then head to the Cloud 9 bar. Kyle should be there, though you shouldn't get the option to work with him until after the Delver fight. Accept his help and then go to the room shown in the video in the Citadel of the Spark. Accept his help, go to the second area, have him kill someone and then return to the base. He will say he is tired, send him home, he will accept and then give you the costume and weapon in the comic book shop. I didn't realize I had the armor until I made it back to a base, which is why you have the odd jump cut, but that is how you do it.
