Matthew Pritchard is the Welsh professional skateboarder, endurance racer, entrepreneur and chef who achieved worldwide fame on the MTV show, Dirty Sanchez - touring the globe performing daredevil stunts and creating havoc.

He has since transformed his lifestyle completely, channelling his energy into fitness and nutrition. He competed in several Ironman races, and last month completed the Continuous Deca (as in 10 Ironmans), which involves a 24-mile swim, 1120 mile bike ride and 262-mile run.

This year he is back on screen with his BBC television show Dirty Vegan, going back to his roots as a chef to promote the benefits of a plant-based diet.
