Our Story
Chris and Andrea lived a life of excessive eating and most of our marriage we spent obese. They tried literally every diet but nothing ever worked. In 2018, Andrea was introduced to OPTAVIA and lost 33 pounds which put her right at her goal weight. She soon wanted to pay it forward to other people and became a Health Coach herself. She got Chris on board and he was able to utilize the program to lose fat and ultimately gain muscle. They both have a mission to share this program with everyone who also wants to make a healthy transformation.
