Описание: Heavy rain, flooding, and a glacier collapse are some of the latest extreme weather events around the globe. In India, the annual monsoon arrived six days ahead of usual, and covered the entire country. Extremely heavy rainfall is reported in many parts of the country. The India Meteorological Department says the monsoon conditions are likely to continue for the next few days. In Australia, torrential rains haved battered its east coast for days, intensifying a flood crisis. Tens of thousands of people are under evacuation orders and warnings with rivers past danger levels. Greg Navarro reports from Sydney.
