In an interview with Piers Morgan, UN Humanitarian Chief Tom Fletcher confidently asserted that “the vast, vast majority of the aid that we get in gets to civilians.”
Yet this claim is flatly contradicted by the UN’s own data, exposing the UN's abject failure to deliver humanitarian aid to Gazan civilians.
According to statistics published by the UN Office for Project Services (UNOPS), as of August 3, 2025, 87% of the 2,010 UN food trucks that entered the Gaza Strip since May 19, 2025, were intercepted by armed groups or crowds during transit in Gaza.
