Hi, I'm Sergio, your host today, and I'm going to introduce you to a lean beef specialty. It is obtained in several stages. Bresaola can be served at room temperature or slightly chilled, as an aperitif, very finely sliced. It can be eaten plain, with bread rubbed with garlic or it can be served with a few drops of olive oil, olive juice or balsamic oil and served alongside a fresh salad sprinkled with Parmesan and seasoned.
