This machine is designed & developed by M.S.Dabhade & his skilled core team. All the necessary parts were machnined, hydraulic press body, hydraulic systems, jig conveyer systems were fabricated & assembled in house with the help of core team. Which reduced the manufacturering cost of the machine almost by 60% the market cost.
Stress peening is a very important special process in automobile leaf springs manufacturering. It induced compressive stress which increases the fatigue life of the spring.
In this machine first leaves are put in the jigs. This jigs are then automatically loaded to leaf stressing hydraulic press. Press gives certain deflection to the leaves & locked in the jig. Then the jigs are passes through the shot peening machine where the stressed leaves are shot peened with specific shot intensity. After that the jigs are conveye & loaded to the stress releasing hydraulic press where the stress peened leaves are unlocked. All the operations are automatically operated by single pressing operating switch
