Mr. Suresh (employee of Beema's Fincon) is asked to visit Canada to work as Team lead for their branch. His salary will be $10,000 per week. Does this constitute Export of Services?
Answer - No. Because first of all it is not even a supply in the first hand. Because services by employee to employer in the course are relation to employment will neither be treated as supply of goods nor supplier services. Moreover, if Mr Suresh is going on residing in Canada for providing is employee services, then the location of supplier that means the location of Mr Suresh will be Canada not India.
