In this video, we test several meditation and calming tools to see what actually works — from a whistle to handheld devices — all from our personal experience.
These are our personal feelings and experiences, not medical advice.

Here’s what we found:
Meditation Whistle ($40) – beautiful sound, but didn’t help us reach a deeper calm.
3-Minute Handheld Calming Device – a thoughtful idea and nice sound, but honestly, it didn’t get us to the alpha/relaxed state we were aiming for.
30-40-60 Minute Handheld Calming Device – appreciates its range and volume options, but again, for the cost, we didn’t feel it delivered the deep calm we were hoping for.
We also explored Dr. Joe Dispenza’s resources — his heart is clearly geared toward helping people heal, and while some tools cost money, there’s plenty of free content on YouTube.
We felt more relaxed using these items BELOW.

Our takeaway: You don’t need expensive devices to meditate or find calm. Start small — even just 1 minute a day — and gradually build up: 5, 15, 30 minutes, then an hour.
