Additional Notes:
The deck is pretty consistent, I managed to broke my personal record of win streak using it (from 7 to 12).
You can change Fan Rotom to Budew or Munkidori, or anything else that fits your need. Getting Hoothoot out turn 1 is pretty easy even without Fan Rotom because the chance of drawing Carmine and Squawkabilly ex is pretty high.
I picked the 70 HP Will-O-Wisp Charcadet because it can easily KO opponent's Budew and it has pretty light retreat cost too.
All in all, this is a pretty solid and fun deck to play! (throwing away a dozen energies with Energy Search Pro + Research combination turn 2 feels pretty darn good!)
