Take a walk inside the UN headquarters in New York you would find the experience to be very ordinary now.

But in your 20s, this could be a transformational experience. From the Armistice Agreement to the Iraq War to the fall of the Berlin Wall - History was created and recreated multiple times in the corridor of this building.

There are certain experiences money can’t buy, and the feeling of wearing the hallowed UN Badge while gallivanting the hallways of the United Nations General Assembly Hall is one of those experiences.

Many youngsters have asked me if they should pursue a career in International Organizations - my answer has always been an undisputed yes. The world has global problems - pandemics, climate change, terrorism, and these global problems require global solutions.
