Описание: Hey, Damien Baden here. Just wanted to show you another project we have going up in Ohio City. This is over on West 48th. One of the unique things that we're able to do is build where a lot of other builders might find it a little difficult. As you can see, the spacing between these houses is pretty tight. And what was interesting when we actually poured the foundation on this home, they actually had to use steel beams and plates to keep the dirt from falling over to protect the foundations on the neighboring houses next door. This house here is in the mid-600s, just to give you an idea of that. But what's nice about it, it's a three-bedroom home. It's got a full basement that's gonna be finished. In the backyard, you got a carriage house as well with an apartment up above the two-car garage. So there's an income opportunity there cuz Cleveland lots are two-family.
