Here is a little insight into what kinda things we eat during a day! We both have different eating requirements and are still trialling different kinds of foods to meet our needs.
We certainly do not "diet" we just prefer to eat healthy as we would much rather it. We like to stick to eating whole foods and on a regular healthy lifestyle!

We absolutely loved the cleanse and antioxidant balls and how we were able to incorporate them into our meals. They are such a clever idea and not to forget sooooo delicious!!! They have a lot of other options then the two that we tried. Definitely give them a try if your a smoothie lover like us, they are extremely affordable.
