Fallout 76 - Secret Enclave Agent Found? In this video we will take a look at fishbones. A NPC in fallout 76 at the Ohio river adventures. Fishbones wears enclave under armor, and is very well spoken for a raider. Also he has some other habits that leads me to believe he is an enclave agent. Could they be setting up for a Enclave themed DLC for 76? I sure hope so, I really like this lore theory and I hope we can find more enclave agents. Let me know what you think about it!!
