1. Precalculation of average memory usage and maxclients/max-children
2. Calculate apache MaxRequestWorkers
3. Calculate php-fpm max-children
4. Make changes in : /etc/apache2/mods-available/mpm_event.conf and
/etc/php/8.2/fpm/pool.d/www.conf
