But without the best optics to put front that amazing sensor in Leica camera body, then its pointless to own one as you will not get the full image that suppose to have from Leica. It is really all about the lens. The lens is the magic, then the body makes it happen. The best advise I give you, if you have camera body from Leica, then you must and need a lens to get the amazing image quality that you walked to the store to have. I'm explaining from experience what's the best as general and why its the best.
