When you place an order and purchase from a Chinese company, we always advise you to use Chinese law and the Chinese court. It's not because the Chinese court is more professional. For example, if you're a US buyer and you stipulate that in case of any dispute, it goes to the US court. First, you need to file a case in the US. To have it directly enforced by the court, you need to raise another case in the Chinese local court and apply for the court to recognize and enforce this judgment. By this time, the case might have taken three or four years. But if you use the Chinese court at this stage, you might have already solved the problem. That's the most important consideration when we advise our clients. Governing laws and dispute resolution clauses are always about efficiency. When you win the case, this judgment can't be delayed. That's about efficiency.
