Officers were dispatched to the local Walmart, in reference to a shoplifting that had already occurred.

Officers arrived on the scene and met with Walmart Loss Prevention employee. The employee advised the suspect had paid for some items and tried walking out with several other items that were not paid for that added up to 187.74. The stolen items consisted of various children's clothing.

The suspect was released on Citation for Theft by Shoplifting and barred for a period of two years, beginning on 02/24/2022 and ending on 02/24/2024.
