Hi guys, sharing with you our family's super easy and delicious pork adobong tuyo recipe. This pork adobo recipe doesn't use soy sauce and only uses salt, pepper, and vinegar for flavor. Some call this recipe "adobong puti" because no soy sauce is added, while in the Visayas region, this is called "adobo sa asin". All versions of adobo are surely delicious, but this traditional Filipino way of cooking adobo is our family's fave. Hope you'll try it and like it too! 😊
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 kg Pork Kasim or Pork Belly
1/2 cup White Vinegar
1 cup Water
8 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Salt
This adobong baboy recipe doesn't require a lot of ingredients, but I guarantee you that this will be one of the best adobos you have ever tried. 😋👌
