Raw for 30 days! Mind, body, and soul cleanse! Reset!
Breakfast
grapes, clementines, bananas
Lunch
Smoothie with dates, bananas, water, spinach, ice, raw rice vegan protein powder. I should have used almond milk. It didn't come out as thick as I wanted it.
Snack
Raw almond butter and bananas
pomegranate
Dinner
A salad with butter lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, spiralized cucumber, with a peanut spicy vinaigrette dressing from Trader Joe's.
Kale wrap with avocado, alfalfa sprouts, tomato, butter lettuce, and a peanut coconut sauce.
