This machine is the 2nd machine out of 3 machines in our Basic model sanitary napkin machinery. This machine is capable of sealing the top sheet and back sheet ( bottom sheet ) along with the center core layers i.e., airlaid wood pulp sheet, sap gel sheet . This machine is having auto glue application feature which is used to apply glue automatically to the back sheet. This machine is having a feature to adjust the pad length like 280 mm, 260 mm and so on in an easy method. This machine consists of a heat sealing unit which helps in sealing all the layers and in fast drying of the glue. The pad movement is done using the easy to operate hand lever. The head sealer movement is done using the easy to operate foot lever. A timer is provided to assist the operator to check the heat sealing process.
